2013-05-07Joansuspicion of mites101010YesThank you, Mr. DeAngelis. You're response was extremely quick and helpful. The web page you listed was not one I found in my own search and offered very rational information. Your advice reassured me of what my logic pointed to, but was afraid to accept.
2013-05-02CatheriTiny, Grey Bugs101010YesThank you so much! I live in a dorm, so I will definitely be talking to the pest guys about the mites!

2013-01-13Donna MDRAIN FLIES101010YesThank you for your response Jack I appreciate it. I thought the same thing that it would be too cold for them to survive outside. I have a neighbor that "thinks" and has convinced herself they are coming from the outside and is the reason why I asked this question so I could show her in black and white that it wasn't possible. She told me yesterday that she saw "three of them" follow her in the door from outside! LOL See what I mean? LOL Thank you again for your help and more importantly I'm happy that I came across this site because in the future if I have questions about pest control issues I will definitely come here and will also recommend this site to others!
2012-12-23Ryan strange material on drywall101010NoThank you very much Jack. On further inspection, I did find some termite damage so you were correct. Hopefully it's not too bad. I put Premise foam in the gaps I could see and soaked the studs and outside wall board in Termite Prufe borax solution. I'll treat the ground as well with Termidor when it gets a little warmer. Not much else I can do I guess. Thanks again and have a very merry holiday.
2012-10-23KyleAre these bed bugs?101010NoGreat, Thanks for the response. I'm hoping and assuming all those bites were from mosquitoes. A bit surprised to find these bugs in my apartment though since I'm on the 4th floor. Anyways, thanks again.

I will definitely follow up with a dermatologist, but it was helpful to know that these do not sound like any insect bites you have heard of. Thanks again for your insight. I really appreciate it!

2012-07-07Joanodd bug in savannah1110NoI found this critter on 'Featured Creatures' online within a few minutes of looking. It is called a casebearer in larva form. It turns into a dragonfly looking bug, only a bit smaller. I didn't read the whole description because it was too long, but the picture matched my critter exactly. Thank you very much for your answer, but I don't think it is the bug I found in my bathroom, but I will look up your bug to see if it looks like what I found in my home.
