I pretty much checked out on my wellness for over 2 yrs (don't ask) I gained weight of course and I was very lazy - the last time I worked with her on a regular basis (x3 a week) was 3yrs ago. Additionally I have a desk job and that certainly doesn't help. 5 weeks ago I took my life back, I have lost 15lbs and have been back to the gym doing cardio x5 a week - so when I started back with Sharon I think we both underestimated my ability. I feel better now of course - working with her again Wed night -she is very good and I can't wait to get back in the shape I was in 3yrs ago. It will take time. Thanks for response! Carol |

I while attaining both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in studio art found another passion, that of training and nutrition.
