2009-09-25Charlie10101010YesJerry's comments were extremely helpful. He brought up a point which no other person has mentioned, that once a person begins having episodes of dehydration (with subsequent vomiting) they are more susceptible to this problem. This is exactly what I've experienced. Jerry's comments were insightful and well thought out.

2009-08-25Jesse10101010YesThank you very much again man. I promise this is the last time for a while. lol. I imagine my tissues are in poor repair because of lack of cardio (I said this before). That will change. Anyway man, I will take the suggestions. Later.

2009-08-13Jesse10101010NoHahahahahahahahahaha. Thanks a lot man. I am starting to realise this myself. As a matter of fact I do like to hang like a monkey. I think my problem as well is that I rely too heavily on strength training and don't do enough cardio. Irony of ironies, my cardio workout of choice is using the jump rope(not because I like skipping like a girl, but because I hear its one of the best forms of cardio-vascular exercise.)-The last time I did this I ended up straining my left deltoid. lol. Anyway man. Thanks again.
2009-08-05Jesse10101010NoThanks a lot man. Will do. Laters.
