I have been washing it 2 times a day to try and ton it down and now the red is coming through. She stated she used red so that coloring it dark brown would not turn my hair green. I am not sure what color scale she was using, but she stated it was between a 6 and 7 (Dark Brown). I will keep you posted. Thanks again for you help |

He answered my question in a very timely and professional manner and I sooo appreciate it. I will never ever let someone screw up my hair again and thats a promise. There is no need for it.
