I disconnected the battery three times in an effort to get it to work but it still does not work. Air blows hot to the drivers side but only neutral air to the passenger side. I moved the heat control slide back and forth but still doesn't work. I suspect that I will have to buy a part when I'm in the states and have it fixed here in Mexico. Thanks again. You have saved me from a wild goose chase because the local mechanic is the one that said he could fix it so that it would work. Raymond |

To have this issue fixed by a dealership was going to cost as much as our 95 Buick is worth, but with your expertise advice we were able to repair the heater/air for a fraction of the cost .... 120.00 compared to 894.00, that is NOT an exageration, it's a fact .... that gives you an idea of fraction of the cost. Saved me lots of time and research and maybe even money on unnecessary repairs. I still wish Toyota would give me an option to override auto AC on defrost, but Candido can't help me there. |
