2009-09-03Scott10101010YesBruce provided an option that no one else could offer (and I had spoken to 8 professionals with 2 being whole house fan specialists). Though hind sight is 20/20 no one could see his solution. I hope to continue to be able to reach him to follow up.
2009-09-03Kim10101010YesI know nothing about roofs or shingles but Bruce's response is what I had thought was true. Thanks so much for the knowledgeable information to back up my gut feeling.

2009-08-25Jo10101010YesThank you! THAT makes sense. The person telling me to clear it off didn't (couldn't?) give me a reason for it, just that "you're supposed to do that". But weight limit is something concrete I can understand. I appreciate your time! Thank you very much!! Sincerely, Jo

2009-08-07Berthe1081010NoI want to thank Mr. Ryan for his help. It will be very useful in making some roofing decisions. There is one aspect of my question, however, which he didn't answer. I wanted to know about different kinds of soffit vents - I know there are several different kinds and I would like to know the advantages and disadvantages of each. Thank you for this excellent and timely service. Berthe Nathanson
