2009-11-19Bob10101010NoThanks Brad, I will try to work on the flashing. If I continue to have problems I will replace the windows. If that doesn't work, I'll wrap the house in plastic and sell.

2009-11-05Robert771010NoI would have liked a discussion of my issues. This expert dismissed all my info and stopped at low slope and shingles. He didn't ask me what my slope was to see if it is indeed too low slope for shingles. My slope may indeed be enough that shingles would work, just not a steep pitch. He was concise.

2009-10-18Suruchi10101010YesThanks a lot Brad. Looks like our town is not allowing any other pitch which is lower than 3:12. I had to call a new contractor who is planning to rip off the roof and then build a new structure. To be in compliance with the town rules we had no other way.
2009-10-15Subba10101010NoThank you very much for your response. Best Regards, Subba
2009-10-12Martha710107NoThank you, Brad. Actually, the 26 gauge galvanized steel roofing is a good deal heavier than that sold at such big box stores as Lowe's or Home Depot. I found that for having to push the 13-foot sheets up onto the roof and for pre-drilling through it the 26 gauge is plenty heavy. Thank you for your prompt reply ~~ Martha L. Henning
