| 2009-07-01 | Jo | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thank you so much for the quick response. I had made the "c" prior to trying to tightening the screw but it broke when I was moving receptacle to attach black wire. I thought it was fairly new wiring, but... I'll keep trying! |

| 2009-06-03 | Scott | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Great answer to my question. He provided much more than a yes/no type response and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. I'll come back to this site for any questions in the future. |

| 2008-08-03 | Linda | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Bob's response to my question was right on. My husband and I are gathering information so that we do not get 'taken' by a shady or uninformed contractor or inspector. Bob did not just tell me to get an electrician to do the work, nor did he make me feel stupid in his response. He answered my question citing electrical code reference, and also included his technical knowledge and hands-on experience in a very thorough and down-to-earth manner. What a wonderful gem of a volunteer his is. Thank you for offering this service, but especially 'Thank you' to Bob. |
| 2008-05-02 | Matt | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Bob, I greatly appreciate you getting back to me. Matt |

| 2007-12-05 | Glenn | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Master Bob did a great job. Turned out when the breaker blew it fried the dimmer switch on the wall. I replaced that and now we're all okay. |
| 2007-10-10 | maria | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thank you, Bob, for responding. I found your answers very helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get to thank you soon enough. That just shows how often I use the computer. Thanks again for your professionalism. Sincerely, Mrs. Ortiz |

| 2007-10-04 | Lynn | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Master Bob, You make it simple, with your instructions I had no problems. Thanks for your help. |
| 2007-10-01 | Tom | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | No | Thank You Bob Great info, its just what I figured would be the case in today's litigation era. |
| 2007-09-29 | cyberwork | 10 | 9 | 9 | 9 | Yes | I do a lot of work, and his response was really good. I could tell he took everything into consideration. Some of it I already thought of, but he and added to it to support it. Nice. |
| 2007-09-26 | Bill | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thanks for the help Bob, it's really appreciated. Worked like a charm and as soon as I read through what you were saying it became very clear what I was doing wrong. Thanks again, Bill |
| 2007-09-23 | Fred | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thank you for your time to answer. You are right regarding the wire made contact with something LIVE.I was not paying close attention while I was untwisting the black/red/white wires. The ground wire was long enough to reach the main breaker power feed wire hot connection. I believe that is what happened. Glad I was not holding the ground wire.Don't think I would be here reading and appreciating your information. Best of Luck in Your Future. Regards, Fred |
| 2007-09-18 | BOB | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | very helpful, fixed my problem |
| 2007-09-15 | Kristy | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thank you so much for your help. I will see if I can locate the breaker, however, that plug doesn't work unless you have it in just right and that's when the sparks came out. I do know where the GCFI is and that's in my kitchen. Thank you again. My husband is currently at flight school and he's usually my handy man around here but I'm on my own right now. I'm going to save this website to my favorites. THANK YOU |
| 2007-09-15 | Dave | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | No | The response reflected a high level of practical experience with the problem. While I don't like the message, the messenger was great. |
| 2007-09-14 | Mike | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thanks Bob. You certainly have to be weary of cheaper contractors. I wanted to clarify though. I didn't mean to imply that both boxes were shorting out outside front and back box. It was the back box that did this. The box has two plugs and it was when I used both of those plugs, not the front and back combined. Although, I have had the front box kick the breakers last Summer when I tried to use it out there too. But I thought it was from using an extension cord that was not large enough, it was 14/16 guage, not big enough for the compressor. I got a 12 guage extension and no more problems with that. The back box seems not right though. Thanks for your insight. |
| 2007-09-13 | Joey | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thank you so much for your time!!!! |
| 2007-09-11 | Mark | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thanks, Bob. You're the greatest! I'll investigate the less hazadrous things you've mentioned and advise. The 200A panel has two earth grounding rods spaced apart. I noticed the acorn connecting the ground wire on the 1st rod (and connecting the ground wire to the 2nd rod) is not tightly connected. I'll keep you posted. Respectfully, Mark |
| 2007-08-14 | Al | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Very professional and understandable response. Greatly appreciated. |
| 2007-08-10 | Brian | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | No | Master Bob was great. He really took the time in his response to offer several suggestions. Thanks to him, the job is done. Very pleased with his support. Thank you! |
| 2007-08-04 | Jon | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to answer my question. The information is very helpful and will help me to determine the best possible way to resolve my issue. Once again Thank You, Jon |
