My Brother and I put about 5 hours each trying to figure the right way to remove the belt without damaging anything else. You confirmed my thoughts (I'm not that dumb). smile I don't feel bad paying to have it repaired now. But I will watch to see how it's done. Evaulation, testing and failure diagnosis of Chinese Engines,Briggs and Stratton and Kohler engines daily. In other words I do this everyday.

Former owner of OPE dealership servicing and selling Honda, MTD, Murray, Husqvarna, Toro, Lawnboy, Shindaiwa, Briggs and Stratton, Kohler, and Tecumseh.
