Experience
In order to properly assist you, it is very important that you provide the Model number of the television and the year it was manufactured. You can find this information on the back of the TV. Please also let me know if you are trying to fix the unit or just need to know the cost for repair.
If you have a digital camera, and know how to solder and use a meter, I can help you fix your unit in most cases.
