At least from Puerto Rico, we can't even consider using the cell phones - the charge per minute is $1.49 (T.Mobile), to make and receive calls from DR. So, we are still doing some research to see what are the options. For the internet, the hotel charge is $5.00 per half an hour, which is not bad if one can reach all contacts through email. |
