You confirmed what I was thinking already, which is that the area near Aguadilla & Rincon sounds much more our pace, and that anything close to San Juan would be too congested. The information about prescriptions is very valuable as well. I will need to do some research where physicians are concerned, as I will definitely not feel comfortable without an English-speaking pediatrician. Thank you again for all your help.
