2009-07-30Leo10101010YesAbsolutely the best and most thorough set of replies I've ever received on AllExperts. And I've received many great answers. Eric, thank you very much for handling these questions so quickly and completely. You really helped to understand my errors, but more importantly, the bank's lack of providing timely info. Outstanding! Thank you.
2009-07-28Scott10101010NoThank you for the information and how quickly you responded. It helps alot. I guess I do have one more question, however, so what you're saying is regardless if they are licensed or non-licensed by the state alot of times the YSP goes left unannounced or disclosed, how can you find out if they did such a thing?! Thanks.

Expertise

Did your last mortgage broker or lender trick you into a messy situation which could cost you your home? I've been close to 30 years in the mortgage industry, and I've seen it all. Believe me, it is not pretty. As the owner of a mortgage company I am called frequently to testify as an expert witness in mortgage fraud cases and other cases where lenders did not fully disclose the terms of the loans they were offering to the borrowers. I have seen fraud being committed by borrowers - and by lenders. It's a tough world out there.
