I do want to let you know that while further reviewing the documents I had on file, I found an Equity Transfer & Trade agreement that states if this upgrade never closed for any reason whatsoever, then everything reverts back to the original unit of purchase (from 2005) as if this upgrade never happened and all payments will have to be applied to the original unit/week of purchase. This is what we have wanted all along. I have sent out letters via certified mail to all locations, plus the legal offices you suggested. I will let you know how this situation pans out.
