I actually did last year after the DUI--he went to rehab twice after that, and still here we are. I just withdrew all of the $$ out of our business and personal accounts so that he has no access to it now. He is still MIA ($1000 out of our account on motel rooms since 6/23/08). I guess I stuck it out because I go to church weekly and the babies are enrolled in Christian school, but I am the only one who is carrying this family and his character is so not what I want my daughters to mimic.
