If so, the adjuster’s offer should be reasonable if the claimant has provided all evidence and the offer should be accepted. However, we frequently hear the different stories. Regardless how the claimant has provided the details or narrative letter etc, the adjuster still makes lowball offer. The question is how to get the reasonable compensation. Unfortunately, Dr. Settlement did not explain it very well. Probably, he is an attorney. The insurance always satisfies his demand or he did not want to disclose too much. I appreciate his time, though. |
