I took your advice last time and helped my son to make a written statement along with diagram of the accident scene, I overnighted all information to the claim adjuster. I pressed the insurance company to interview the eye witnesses, finally they reluctantly interviewed one eye witness, and accepted 100% liability. You are so knowlegeble in this field.
