2007-07-04Adelinedepressed husband101010YesThank you for your time and advice, Dr. Sadly, I kept my email open and my husband happened to read this mail! He started asking if I think he has bipolar disorder. I avoided an argument / fight by just leaving the house immediately. I'm afraid to go home, I can't handle the stress of another argument. He was in his low tone, almost crying, trying to explain that he is not sick. If we start talking he's always defensive and gets aggrassive. I don't know how can I convince him to seek psychiatrist help now. I'm happy to seek one for myself though. Sorry to trouble you with my problems. Thank you for your help.

Please keep my family in your "reminder file" in case you should hear of a post highschool academic program(or trade education) specializing in mood disorders. Again, many thanks

2006-02-24mikaADD or Bipolar II101010Yes If you need an expert in mood disorders don't look further. Dr Goldberg is very professional, smart and kind. He's open to trying new things, and practices with a genuine scientfic spirit: looking for the education and well-being of the community, rather than for wealth and recognition, like many psychiatrists in the field. Thank you for your awesome insights, and your kindness!
2005-12-07IvoryBipolar101010NoThank you for your quick and kind response. I am sorry I asked something you are not supposed to answer...I didn't see that we weren't supposed to ask about diagnoses until after I had sent the question. I will certainly show the questionnaire to my husband and discuss it with him.
