2009-10-26Debbie10101010YesThank you Deborah. I had been thinking along those lines but I had not thought of using the third needle that way. I very much appreciate your answering me so quickly as I am almost at the time when I will need to do something. Cheers Debbie
2009-07-27Biki1010910YesHi Deborah, Thanks for the response, your answer has solved my problem! My mum taught me how to knit (and she was self taught) and I have always knitted into the back of a stitch (and this has never been a problem in the past as I have knitted only really basic things). It wasn't until you spelled out to me how the needles and stitches should be positioned when making the decrease that I realised what my problem was. Finished the neckline last night and it looks beautiful and neat and this is a project I will know happily make my son wear! Thanks again, I really appreciate the assistance. This is a fabulous service and I will be recommending to all my knitting friends. Cheers.

2008-12-29Jan10101010YesDeborah Mason not only answered my question but also directed me to Google other sites so that I could "see" how to make the mattress/invisible stitch. Thanks so much!
