2009-09-09Lori1081010Nothank you for the response. i used a high-power sprayer to spray water into the jets and intake drains. it took several minutes but it started. i hadn't thought about putting water into the outlet where i hook-up my hose to drain the tub. i will do that next time. i think that will be quicker. thanks. lori

2009-06-29Bruce10101010YesThank you. It seems that the thermocouple that goes into the heater was loose. I pushed it in and it has been fine for three days. My book says that the high limt is 118 degrees. Amazed that it is this high. THANKS!!!

2009-06-28Andrew10101010YesThis problem is complex and has had a number of efforts to fix, but I think your rationale is excellent. I have asked my service to address both the gauge and the sensor and we will see if the problem subsides for good. Drew

2009-06-01Kim10101010NoGreat suggestions and yes, I have checked those items. We even hooked the pump up to a separate set of hoses and pressure gauge to test. The pump ended up being bad. Even though it was drawing water in, it was not doing so with any force.

2009-05-29Chris91088NoNot the answer I was hoping for! - but it was worth a try. Breaking it was not easy - found drilling holes - very carefully over the edge of the skimmer box - finally broke it and I could get it out. Thank you for replying.
2009-05-29jennifer10101010YesWe did test the water and treated, then put two bags of softner salt in. It is clear as a bell now. thanks!!
