2007-04-09M981010YesI appreciated his reasonable suggestions though his was an incomplete response. His answer did not include anything about the ROM.

2006-04-26Natalie10101010NoTodd, thanks for your fast response. I at least feel better that this may be perfectly normal for me.

2006-01-31lee10101010YesThanks, direct and very helpful. So many here don't bother to read the exact question being asked, and you do.
2005-06-29jerry1051010NoHi Todd, Thanks for your follow up. I appreciate your response and information, but it's still cookie- cutter and generic. If I "listened to my body," my body usually doesn't feel like getting on an elliptical trainer to begin with. Knowing a ballpark RPM would help me, by challenging me. You seem unwilling to suggest any such numbers or ranges as a guideline, as though I wouldn't have the intelligence not to adhere strictly to them. I realize I may have asked a question too specific to myself. I'll get my question answered elsewhere. Thanks again for your time. Jeff
2005-06-28Usuff Omar1011010NoUnfortunately, this answer was not helpful to me. I think he answered his own question, but not mine. Jeff

2004-01-14Aparow10101010YesThanks, Todd. The point I took most to "heart" was the one about working longer for more benefit instead of more intensely for a shorter time. This was most helpful and encouraging.

2003-03-05Juli Howell10101010NoSlow pace to walk/jog, lower sky high HB, increase time - gotcha! I did it wrong before, over stressing my heart. Thanks for setting me straight.
2003-03-03Doug10101010NoThanks, Todd. I do feel I'm working very hard and will slow my jogging pace to lower my sky high heart beat.
