The products you mentioned are not available in this little backwater as far as I know; I live in rural new Zealand! but will continue to give the pan a good sill out with gently simmering bicarbonate soda when we have used it. You made me think that sometimes if you have to close up a refrig. when empty and not running you are supposed to put crumpled newspaper in it to absorb odors...maybe that would be something else to try .
