2009-10-06Craig10101010NoI've been a Seventh-day Adventist all my life. I thought by sending this message to other denomination "experts" and have them answer me. By them sending their reply, whether it's good or not, my statement is on their page. By doing this I'm praying that the Lord will use it to bring someone else into His kingdom. God bless, Matt.

2009-06-24robinah10101010Nothanks matt for enlighting me. my question is the sabbath is going to be preserved in the new earth, how about marriage? I understand in heaven we shall be like angels. but when we return on earth shall we still not marry?

2009-06-18Sherrie10101010YesThank you for your prompt response to my question. You'er so right.I am and always will seek God first in fact not seeking him for anything is to arrogance on our part.I'll just continue to before fore the devine guidence that I know only he can give.My ultimate desire and goal is to serve, obey and stay committed to him and his people.Again thank you and may the Lord continue to bless you.
2009-03-17Steve10101010NoThank you for the quick reply. I do disagree with you that Luther would have been a Sabbath-keeper if he had lived longer. I believe that he understood the Sabbath/Sunday question very well.

2008-10-07rachel10101010NoHi Matt, Thanks so much for your response. I'm especially happy to read EGW's comments about it... thank you. Well, first, I'm going to try out the unleavened bread recipe, sometime this week, & I'd be happy to forward it to you if you're interested. p.s.- I'm new to this site & I wasn't aware of the wolves in sheeps' clothing here! There are so many people masquerading as SDA experts/mentors & in actuality their only mission is to cause confusion & lead us astray. I actually read a lot of your previous answers before asking you my question, & I trust your advice. Thanks again, & may God bless you & your wife.
2008-09-19zoe1081010YesThank you very much for you message back i thnk that has cleared that question up for me. Once again thank you very much for your help. Take care zoe
2008-07-02Thomas89910NoThanks for the answer. The Bible does not allow for two "Old Covenants" there is only one mentioned and it included the obsolete Ten Commandments. The Ten are too low a moral standard for Christians (see the Sermon on the Mount). The ceremonial law was never against us gentiles. The entire Old Covenant was nailed to the Cross or the New Covenant could not be instituted. The two Covenants cannot be intermingled (see Romans 7:1-7 & Galatians 4:21-31). The "commandments" that we must obey and that show sin in the New Covenant are the commandments of Jesus and the teachings of the Apostles not the Ten Commandments. Paul never kept the sabbath after the resurrection. He simply peached the gospel to a captive audience in the synagogues. Note that these meetings were always Jewish meetings never Christian meetings. Thomas
