(About sabbath rituals/customs and when the sabbath actually began and where one had to be.) YOur response was also interesting, as you pointed out there are sometimes exceptions for hospital employees or those in life and death occupations. Once could ponder who fits that category...i.e. a doctor or nurse is obvious, but the person who keeps the area clean, is just as much contributing to the well-being of patients. This person would not have any problem starting earlier, but it disrupts the schedule and for some people having to be up earlier is problematic. But your imput was valuable, and I appreciate it! |
