2009-03-31Kate10101010NoFor chrys, I only found one egg. I thought it was impossible to have two doves in one egg. I meant I didn't get the egg away fast enough. I appreciated your input. I will do what is necessary for them. As I said I am new at this. Thanks

2008-09-01Barbara10101010YesThank you very much for your response. All of our birds have cuttlebone. She lays the eggs in one place in the cage. I mark the date of the first egg laid on the calendar, and I do not remove them until she is out of the cage for most of the day, and no longer shows any interest in them. Thank you very much. 2008-08-27Kathleen10101010YesThank you so much!! I didn't realize that molting was so stressful for our little feathered friends. We'll keep her life low key whenever we notice a molt coming on. Hopefully we can find a reliable birdsitter so we avoid stressing her with any more car trips! Thanks again Kathleen

2008-04-13Kim10101010YesThank you so much Chrys! I was afraid I might not be able to keep them together, but you know when you go into a pet shop they pretty much tell you what you want to hear and not necessarily what's best for the animal. Thank you
