2009-01-19Debby10101010Novery helpful....like the idea of the bark time and yes one of the dogs is the instigator...the 9 yr old. we've been looking for a place for free run-time and bark-time. most likely will not go with the de-barking, just wondered what your opinion was of the procedure...thanks so much

2008-04-11Chantale10101010YesThat wasn't the answer I was expecting. I was a expecting a big NO for being off-leash. So thank-you very much for you realistic and kind words. I'm not opposed to spending even months training him so we can spend some time off leash playing togeather. Thanks again!
2008-03-14megan10101010YesThanks you so much, I picked up his poop today before he could eat it!
2008-03-12Chantale10101010YesThanks for your response Dave, I guess all new moms are a little nervous about doing things right. You have reassured me.
2008-03-02vera10101010YesThank You!

2008-01-23Lou10101010NoThanks for the help. We will follow the crate method and check back with you in about 30 days. Lou
2008-01-15Jan10101010YesDave knows of what he speaks and I appreciate his advice.
2008-01-10Paula10101010YesWow! Thanks so much! I didn't think there was anything much else to do after getting information from trainer and reading so much information on this. I think this will benefit Laddy so much, AND be able to keep them both up on their walking skills. I appreciate this more than you know! Paula

2008-01-03Diane10101010YesThank you for a very timely response! It is our first Sheltie so your responses to everyone's questions are very interesting to us. Thank you!

2007-10-22Robyn10101010YesThank you so much! We just got a crate for him last week (I had high hopes that he'd do fine with the run of the place. Ha!) I have been crating him when I'm not home or can't watch him so I'll add in changing his feeding location & I bet that will do it. We're planning on starting obedience with him soon (we need to work on some fear/herding issues) but if we still need help, I'll let you know. :)
2007-10-13Tricia10101010YesThis answer was extremely helpful. I was surprised with the quickness and thoroughness of the reply. Wonderful.

2007-10-05Sue10101010YesThank you so much for your quick response to my question. It was very helpful! Thank you for your condolences regarding my Moonbeam. My vet told me a few years ago when she had a tumor removed, that she had good years ahead - and cited another Sheltie that had lived to be 21!
2007-09-26Janet10101010NoSounds great, I'll give it a try! Thank you, thank you!!! Janet
2007-09-25Janet10101010NoThank you for your help. After I posted my question, I realized the question had been asked many times...so sorry...I should have read on first. Anyway, I'm going to give it a try!
2007-09-20monique10101010NoThank you so much. We live closer to Cornell University, so we may give that a shot. We have the name of a pet allergist, and I am certainly interested in introducing the food alternatives. We're lucky that Cooper loves all vegetables! As far as the antihistimes are concerned I was considering stopping them once the weather cooled down, and watching to see if Cooper's symptoms did change. So again Thank you. and I'll let you know how things progress. Regards. Monique
2007-09-19Joy10101010YesThank you Dave :) I really appreciate your taking time to answer me. Joy
