2009-11-10Cheryl10101010YesThank you for your prompt response to my question. I was leaning more towards my mechanic than the parts guy. He actually got really rude when I explained to him that I was told I needed the choke pull off. Quote "I have 25 years experience and I should know what I am talking about, you do not need one!" - Let's just say he was not happy and I ended up having to pay over $25.00 restocking fee because he went "above and beyond for me". Thank you again for your time.

2009-10-03Jim10101010NoBrad -- Stumps everyone...found that it was simply the crank shaft hub whining on the timing chain cover seal...put some oil on the shaft and the whine went away.
