2009-11-25Lindamarie10101010YesThank you. As an educator, I knew this was the correct approach, but I really wanted to share in my husband's joy. Also, as I mentioned in my question, we never have the means or the time to travel together. To be together in Cambridge would have been something special and especially on my birthday. The graduation exercises and luncheon would be finished by 1pm and we would have had the remainder of the day and evening to celebrate. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
2009-11-23Elin10101010NoThank you, thank you! I really wish she would just leave him behind - it is terribly uncomfortable all the way around. :( You rock. :) Elin K.

2009-11-09Steve1071010NoI appreciate the response and understand the comments...But I guess what I draw from this is there is no rule on fashion and I guess whatever you want to wear is fine. I was looking for a more defined answer, but so be it. Thanks, Steve
2009-11-09Larry1010710YesI ended up telling my mom & 2 sisters that I was hurt by the time they spend with my ex because there is some things that happened in the past that my ex has done. I then told my ex about that conversation and asked her to respect my wishes and stay away from my family. She said it would be up to my family. We will see what happens.
