I loved Van Helsing, too You can read my comments on my own review at : http://www.mouthshut.com/readcomment.php?rid=55452&com=0&r=1 I found the "pre-quel" DVD on sale -- I liked the special features on it with some of the movie participants. The tale of Dr. J & Mr. H in London with Queen Victoria is a 30 minute kiddy cartoon. In the meantime I've seen a few other Jet Li's and discussed them with some net friends. "The One" is almost TOO slick. Some people don't care about the sci fi premise, but the special effects are done well, and, if you don't mind the makers directly playing up the violence, "it's show time". Most people would agree that a computer intent on getting the right marketing aspects together could be responsible for "Cradle 2 the Grave" -- probably the WORST (even if the most expensive looking) Jet Li film. You kind of feel sorry Jet Li is mixed up with this "project".
