2007-09-05anthony10101010NoI figures the problem befor response..it took me HOURS... but it was the vista updates...the ones that came with the cam, where outdated...so the expert was correct...thanks... Anthony
2007-07-06Tamsin8101010NoThanks for your speedy response! Sadly, I couldn't get the rotation feature on Blaze Media Pro to work. I tried installing it twice, but there seems to be some bug - it tries to rotate the video, then nothing happens, and it's unable to save the new file. (And it doesn't give me the option of saving as a .asf file, so even if it did work, I'd be concerned that there may be some loss of quality.) If you know of anything else... otherwise, thanks very much for the suggestion.

2007-06-05Holly77710NoThanks, I was able to find a place near me that repairs them without sending it to Sony. Hope they can fix it for me.
2007-05-30peter710910NoThanks Brian, I'm too quick to look for a technical solution and don't get outside the square.
2007-05-24Bill101088NoWell, that DID seem to do it. Brian's response may have been a bit terse but the problem was pretty rudimentary and didn't require a lot of nuanced explanation.
