They brought in a new person from the outside yesterday (Monday). The people below who were also in on the hiring decision are extremely vindictive. It is well known all over the district that if you don't just go with their decision, you will never work again in the district. This is not just rumor. People have received e-mails that have said as much. They are the "Arm" of the school board. The superintendent is also new. 2. So how do I approach this without ruining my career with the district? |
