2009-08-11khoward10101010NoThank you for your advice. Here's a follow up. 1. The district fired the HR director who made the hiring decision a week ago. They brought in a new person from the outside yesterday (Monday). The people below who were also in on the hiring decision are extremely vindictive. It is well known all over the district that if you don't just go with their decision, you will never work again in the district. This is not just rumor. People have received e-mails that have said as much. They are the "Arm" of the school board. The superintendent is also new. 2. So how do I approach this without ruining my career with the district?

2009-07-30christine991010Yesthank you for your timely response. but as i only gave the basic facts and not all of the detail basically i knew that much. the details are much worse as the bullying was intended to get me fired. and it did. the suspensions caused me much anxiety and worry about my finances as i am in chapter 13 now. my wages were garnished for the trustee ,it began 2 weeks ago,and after that i was suspended again and fired. i see a connection. thank you.
