2009-10-28Joanne10101010YesThank You !!!!! I found an email for the company on the permit and they answered that I would soon be receiving division orders.
2009-10-26Wayne10101010YesThank you very much for your quick response to my questions. They were to the point. Although I do not like the answer, I think I am stuck with the current lease arrangements. It is unfortunate. Technically the company leasing could sit and do nothing with developing the rest of the acreage as long as there is production on the well that currently exists and there appears to be nothing I can do about it-- kind of sucks.I am hoping right now that they see the additional potential for the other undeveloped property.

2009-08-17emily1091010NoI am grateful for Mr. Coogan's swift reply. It was very helpful! The only question that he didn't answer for me (and it may be because he just doesn't know either) is - which government authority might I speak with to get more information about this? I will start checking myself... Thank you again!! emily

2009-03-04Thomas Oliva10101010YesThanks for honest answer. My fiance owns at least a 1/3 undivided interest but we are preety sure she owns it all. Problem is info is being hidden from her. The property is very high profile.

2009-01-11jemlrm97109NoSince we live 2000 miles away from the location of the wells, we have no clue what their numbers are. They were only referred to as wells #1 though 8. Old farm tickets might have numbers on them, unless they were numbers for whatever co was involved over the years. I'll dig them out and reference their numbers. Yes, we have legal "rights" to all the oil, gas, & minerals located on that property; even if it ever changes hands, along for any new additions of wells or other mineral resources. We thank you for your advice; and will see if we can find out anything with the info you suggested. Thank you
