I dropped an Ick Clear tablet into the tank with a couple food pellets (didn't eat), some broccoli top pieces (didn't eat), and some pieces of frozen brine shrinp (didn't eat). When these failed to be consumed I got a couple of small gold fish. He didn't even chase them. This morning I woke up and he was dead. My other oscar however has a fat belly and is still rapidly chasing the last goldfish. The thermometer has read 81 for 2 days now. Just wanted to update you. Thank you for your fast response and insite to the problem. |

I took your advice on the anti parasite solution and the melafix and so far so good with the other bass. I never thought taking care of all 3 of these aquariums would be so stressful, I think i worry about all the fish and their health now more than anything else! You and this site are really great! |

I can answer a wide variety of questions(provided that the questioner gives detail) If I am unable to ask the question I will research it thoroughly and report my findings. I deal mostly with cichlids and most sorts of tropical fish. I also work with aquatic plants and the landscaping of them. I also run a fish website(www.worldwidefishassociation.com) where I help many people too. I would like everyone to take into account my experience as to others, I do not wish false information to be given to you at the cost of your fish's life.
Experience
I am in charge of an aquatic fish site called WWFA. I have kept a wide variety of fish that includes, Oscars, Jack Dempsey, Betta, African butterfly fish, and many other fishes. I also do research on certain aquatic plants and aquatic structures.
