It was comforting to hear from a Medical Doctor that CPM causes addiction and I was badly addicted to it........Am from the U.S.....So far the first two days off of CPMwere not fun!! After that it better and have been taking chinese herbs which seem to work well for me. They ar astragalus, passionflower and lobelia and schizandra at night. in the morning i took lotsa gotu kola and this seems to work real well. Have stayed away from valerian and kava because they seemtowork more with serotonin levels and my imbalance seems to be not enough dopamine? and toooo much histamine Had to research this 'cause nothing else works!! I can answer any question related to Indian system of Medicine, disease, or Herbal, mineral, Animal origin drugs used in Indian system of Medicine. I will be much obliged to share my knowledge with people who wish to learn more about alternative system of medicine.
Experience
I am a lecturer in Govt. Unani Medical College for the past 5 years. I have been teaching Unani pharmacology in detail and modern Pharmacology basics and Surgery.

I am Lecturer in Govt. Unani Medical College, for the past 5 years. Our college is situated in Arignar Anna Govt. Hospital of Indian Medicine campus in Chennai. It is affiliated to Tamil nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
Education/Credentials
I graduated from Govt. Unani Medical College, Chennai - 106 in 1992,
I did my post graduation in Unani Pharmacology in Govt. Nizamia Tibbi College, Hyderabad, in 1998. I have also underwent training in advanced analytical Instruments for drug standardisation.
