We aren't especially computer savy and need more detailed information about what specifically we have to do to fix this, and if there is a cost involved. We followed the link to the end, only to find that we had 397? errors, and we would need to pay $39.95 as one of the price options to fix them. That was from following a "Free Download" link. If we had specific instructions on what to do, if we could fix it ourselves, that is what I'm looking for. Also, we purchased a similiar product for registry cleaning already. Thank you for your time and involvement with this site. You provide a great service to us in need of help!!!!! Barb
