2011-06-20VanessaDeaf Boxer?101010YesHi Jannie, thanks so much for responding to my post. I tried the pot and spoon when he was sleeping and it definitely startled him. I have seen some progress in his ability to recognize his name and I'm certain he can hear, but it may be selective hearing :) Thanks again!
2011-06-14Alec1 yr old Boxer101010NoVery insightful and already her advice is making a difference in my pet!
2011-06-08DaleGrowing pains?101010YesThank you very much! All of his symptoms fit that and I'm going to check with my vet. Thankfully he doesn't seem to be in much pain, as it appears some other poor puppies are afflicted. We're trying to keep him quiet, though that's hard when he's a puppy! We're hopeful he'll grow out of it in time!

2011-03-28RonPup101010YesI am pleased with the excellent reply, not so pleased with the information Jannie gave me. Lucky to have a knowledgable lady to assist us.
2011-03-23PatJumping and Biting101010YesThank you for your feedback. We have tried forcing him into a laying position and when he is let up he goes right back at it. I have noticed he is much calmer in the morning when we wake up and come downstairs and recently he has gone over on his back and exposed his belly to us a few times. We will give the food on the counter trick a try and see how he responds. Thanks again.

I really hope this helps and i agree, she most likely does miss something because at one house she had a play buddie (a black lab) to play with. I really appreciate your help!!! Thanks again! Adam
