For the record, I have been going to a chiropractor, but he has rally given me little or no relief; none for the shingles problem and nothing that has done much to help my back and leg pains. Heat does seem top relieve the back pain when I go to bed and cold water helps alleviate the shingles burning. Neither is permanent. Rated you tops. |
