2009-03-09sheila8844NoIt took three times to get an answer. I asked twice, and all I got was an email telling me she had already answered my question. Finally on the third try I got an answer.

2007-09-25Julie10101010NoThank you for your quick response. As far as FMLA, she has been at her job 25 weeks and she is not eligible for FMLA unless she has been there 26 weeks. Bummer!

2007-05-03Ashell10101010YesThank you sooo much, Lisa. My first priority is protecting my parents and their rights, they always will come first, they are people with "old fashioned" values and experiences. I've had to deal with the medical/legal community twice before, therefore I was concerned about my Mothers case. It was totally her decision. Your answer was fast, insightful, and honest. Who could ask for more?! Thanx! Ashell
2007-03-20Carl10101010YesThank you for your extensive input. We do need new laws regarding mistreatment of patients and how they can get assistance to follow up on this. I think the U.K. has a patient complaint system in place that covers Doctor or hospital complaints, and they have several layers of scrutiny that patients can keep pursing until they are satisfied with the resolution of their problems.
