2009-11-03Angela10101010YesThank you so much for all of the info. I have been trying to find a knowledgeable person to help me with diet suggestion and I feel that she was the person I have been looking for.
2009-11-03Angela10101010YesThank you for your suggestions. It was very timely, and informational. I received more appropriate information here than I have received during a number of vet appointments. I will follow up on these suggestions to see if I can formulate an appropriate, balanced diet to alleviate or at least control her illnesses.

2009-08-30Emilio10101010YesThe response was a lot faster than I could have ever thought. It was the answer I wanted to hear but with a lot of great reasoning and explanation behind it. This was a lot better than my Vet's explanation and a lot more convincing. Thank you very much is not enough to express how I feel, but I guess that's all I can offer. Emilio

2009-08-22mary10101010NoThanks Susan, My dog is on grain free dog food Since writing to you I have taken her off the yogurt, increased the probiotics and am now removing the canned food. Her breath is getting to be a bit better after the removal of the canned! I am thinking that might be the problem! Thanks so much for answering my question I am really appreciative of all the advice. I will keep it handy, Mary

2009-06-06Tam881010NoHi Susan, Thank you so much for your response, it has been very helpful. I have been for a check up at my vets this week and she was happy he looked in very good health, so I think it may have been me worrying to much. Thank you so much for your advice.

2009-05-17Sue10101010YesThanks Sue from Sue! I watched the video on Healthy Pet Net, as was also shocked. I have considered raw and home-cooking. Lack of freezer space puts me off raw, and the fact that I hate cooking puts me off home-cooking. It is a source of constant amazement to me that both my sons are over six-foot tall, when I consider how little cooking I do, and the quality of what I do cook! I looked on dogfoodanalysis.com, and NutraGold was about the only kibble I could find in NZ in six-five-four-three star categories. Thanks so much for your help.

Expertise

Positive: understand dog food ingredients, types of supplements for different situations (mostly organic), types of home cooking, premium commercial foods, single/novel protein sources and switching to this diet, have represented Healthy Pet Net Company for two years and Simplexity Health Supplements for one year. Negative: Cannot and will not diagnose but via my experiences, strengths, trials with my own pets and discussions with nutritional experts will share my research and learning with you.

Experience

First and foremost living with rescue pets who came to me with a multitude of nutritional, dietary and physical problems. I still spend every free moment I have learning even more about how to make my pals even healthier and happier. But when something is not "broken" I do not try and fix it. I will write to people who have questions and ONLY share my own experiences with a food or product. The rest is up to them.
