I am a living foods chef, and owner of 118 degrees- a Raw food restaurant in Costa Mesa. I teach classes monthly on living cuisine, host detox programs and offer consultations. I have been counseling people in this feild for over 7 years

My training is very diverse as I have worked with several other chefs the first 2 years of my career and have since gone on to open 3 succcessful business related to raw and living cuisine.
