2009-11-13rick10101010NoJust as I thought. Just wasn't aware all that had to come off. Thought I might get away with leaving the pump in place if the housing was above the pump. Same for the cm gears. Ah well....The car just had the belt & pump done too.(Thismonth!)
2009-11-09Tim10101010YesMaion asked me to call him which I did and he was a great help

2009-10-06Cindy10101010YesThank you so much for your insight and expertise. You are just a godsend to someone like me who's been ripped off my mechanics simply because I'm female. It's reassuring to know there are people out there willing to help. I sincerely appreciate it. Cindy Lou

2009-08-07Kyle10101010NoThank you very much for your help. The P0421 is apparently for California emissions cars. Basically, it seems I'm screwed if I have to replace the cat because out here in CA none of the regular cats are legal anymore. I will have to get a CARB-legal one (~$450) instead of just a normal one. Ugh. Will try the plugs and wires first! Thank you.
2009-08-07Chris10101010YesVery good. Just what I needed to know only problem it took to long for me to get an answer for my question.

2009-07-03Wes10101010YesI want to thank you for your response to my question re: my miata's timing. The blue cover was over the positive line and with it, I was able to run my timing light. I found the timing off, and was able to adust it, which fixed my low power problem.

2009-05-19George10101010YesExcellent response. Short answer, easy to understand. This is the first time I sent in a question, but plan on using it again. I just saved $28 not buying a gasket I really did not need. Thanks again! George
