2009-10-19Juli10101010YesI asked my question on a weekend day, not expecting an answer right away, but still got one within 12 hours. Thank you so much, Jeff! This will help us to know how to proceed.

2009-09-20Sandy8101010NoI appreciate the opportunity to ask the question but as usual, it is always, "get an attorney." Only problem is: Daughter is out of money and has found attorney's do not really care about you or your problems. The only people who profit from divorces are guess who? Attorneys. I used to be a person who defended attorneys and when they were put down I would always say, "Yes, but just wait until you are in trouble and you will want an attorney." After seeing them reject my daughter because her husband is politician and she is a "nobody" to them, I would rather take my chances with any judge rather than pay an attorney one red cent. Am I bitter, you BET!

2009-06-30Beth Koestler10101010Noit was a very thorough answer, but did answer my question at all. I am very aware of the relocation laws as I stated in my question, what I was concerned about was the fact that lack of child support caused a foreclosure and my concern was whether or not he could now get custody over the circumstances he created.

2009-05-18Arlyn10101010YesThank you. I too am not an attorney, but,a paralegal of almost 30 years. Your response was very clear and greatly appreciated. I am trying all other avenues first because a sI stated, my husband left me indigent and even after a free consult, I do not have the ability to retain anyone to help me. My most recent employment was criminal and I have no family law affilliations or past employers. Money can always buy you help and without, it is usually a hopeless situation for most anyone.
