| 2009-11-23 | kim | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | No | Thank you for such a quick response. I will look into the information you have suggested for sure. I greatly appreciate the information you have given me & the reason why the dentist who did the surgery did not want to remove the implant initially was because it was integrating nicely and the patient did have a history of sinus problems...you are right, a sinus infection can linger. Thanks again! |

| 2009-09-27 | Patricia | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | I never thought another thing about the clamp after the x-ray because the Dr did not seem too concerned. I thought it was just routine or something. I will follow up on it now for sure. But I have found out that some Doctors will not rat on others or maybe just don't want to get involved. |

| 2009-09-20 | Carlos Barreto | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thank you very much for your prompt and excellent reply. It is very helpfull. I am not a lawyer, I am an engineer. As additional information about the case, the autopsy has been handed in to our German Lawyer. It seems more a defence of the clinic and the doctors rather than an objective report. The forensic doctors try to minimize the fact that the doctor operated on my father before receiving the lab results regarding bacterias, and that he was operated having two bacterias. Instead, they try to stress there “opinion“ that my father was criticaly ill and the spreading of the bacterias could have happened even without the operation. My father was ill, but not critical. The bacteria problem he had was under control. Our German Lawyer told us to try to demonstrate this immediately, so we found four reports from four different doctors that treated my father in last three years. All conclude that my father was not critical. The forensic doctors had to admit in the Autopsy that the death was due to septic shock and that they cannot give a definitive assement about the antibiotic treatment applied. I thank you again for your reply, and ..... |
