2009-10-01carol10101010Yeshi again Laurie, you do give such interesting advice & info. many thanks, i will not be over eating rest assurd, although i do love most fruits with the exception of Watermelon, / tastless to me and Lycees / texture is not at all nice to me. i will also be eating my veg etc. but as with most people, when snacking in the middle of the afternoon, i love a piece of fruit, as well as lunch time, and the Kiwi fruits are so delicious, ive bought some more today best wishes & many thanks carol
2009-09-29carol10101010Nohi laurie, many thanks great info. as for eating it every day and not other foods,i only eat it for my lunch, no other meal, i do eat also lots of fruit, and really love most varieties, and a certain amount of veg, also white meat, and i love fish, more than meat. many thanks again - best wishes carol i am not really worries with my weight, and i do have some naughty treats to occasionly
