I did some research myself. 1-2 is okay, and I think it would be easier to keep it off when you're working to lose it, because once you get in the rountine and stick with it it's easier to never stop and gain the weight back. I meant push ups not sit ups lol. I've heard sit ups can be bad. How many crunches/ push ups should I do daily?
