2009-09-06Noam1091010YesThank you for your answer. That was quick. -- I looked up neurocardiogenic syncope and it does seem to describe many of my symptoms perfectly; I'll ask my Dr. for that tilt test and about an echo next time I'm home from school. Thanks, Noam

2009-09-02Maggie10101010NoThanks for getting back to me I am not surprised you declined to answer this question .It is far too complicated with huge responsibilities for answering it. I am confused !!!!so God only knows how you must feel. I have had a letter from a senior Cardiologist to state quite categorically that it is imperative I continue with the Warfarin therapy ( As I have done anyway) it is becoming clearer God help thosre who have no idea waht to do" Doctors differ and Ppatientd die" old adage from my poor old Mum .What a clever woman !!
2009-09-01Sammie10101010Yesthank you for your fast response, i will speak to my GP soon
2009-09-01PJ1091010YesThank you for your prompt reply, Dr. Pearl. My frustration with medical "care" is approaching heights I could not have imagined. As I am clearly of European/Scandinavian heritage, the clinical staff indicated that I am "Asian" in addition to being 115# rather than the 150# that I am. I would not have known either of these items had I not requested a copy of the report. After one year of treatment for invasive breast cancer, I now cannot trust the clinical staff, the nurses, or the doctors - this dosage error is not the first error, but the most recent in a long string of issues. I wish I knew what to do with the heart damage from the adriamycin. Thank you for help. This website and its experts provide information from a more objective perspective and that is useful. PJ

2009-07-26Sue10101010Yesthank goodness you are here. it is a sad day when people like me have to discuss our care with professionals online because the professional in person is not into doing anything. thank you.
2009-07-21Steve10101010NoThank you. I will do that when I get some money. (no insurance right now)
2009-07-17S10101010YesThank you so much for your quick followup. I'm off to see a doctor later today; it was a pretty scary situation to go through! I wondered if it could be a warning sign for a possible stroke later on. Thank you again!
