2009-11-06Liz10101010YesThank you so much for your thorough, clear response Dr. Dolan. I will be sure to keep an eye on this grinding sound and on my posture. I just got myself a proper desk and chair. I found out that luckily, I live right next door to a chiropractor; so if any pain does arise I'll know where to go. You made a good point about my hydration as well. Being in France means easily replacing my daily fluids with coffee and wine--not the best combination. I am making an effort to drink more water! Thank you so much again for your thorough response!! I definitely feel reassured but will be sure to keep an eye on my posture and hydration. All the best, Liz

2009-09-30Susanne Dwyer10101010YesThank you so much. You have been so very helful & encouraging!!! I believe I will make a full recovery and you have to be positive with these things. There are a hell of a lot people so much worse off than me. I still have the odd day where I think 'God, I just want my foot to feel normal or I just want to walk without thinking of every step, but heh, at least I can walk! Thanks again, you have been great!! Appreciate all you r time and information. Kind regards, Susanne :-)

2009-09-17Steve10101010YesDr. Dolan, just a quick note of thanks. this is the most information I've gotten about my back issue. I appreciate you taking the time to step through this with me. My next step is to get an appointment with a chiropracter and start the process of addressing the root cause of my symptoms. Thanks again, Steve
2009-09-17Abby10101010YesThank you for your detailed and clear response. You have showed concern and you were definitely polite. It is great to know there are people out there who spent their own time to help others. Well done!!
2009-08-07Steve10101010YesAn excellent and thorough response! Thank You!
2009-08-06Rebecca10101010NoThanks so much for the information and advice. I don't feel too nervous using the TENS machine....after hearing your advice and doing more research. The chiropractor I see uses it at a very low setting and never on or near my abdomen. There is so much positive information regarding chiropractic care during pregnancy that I feel confident it will help me during labor and delivery. Thanks again!
2009-08-06sandra10101010YesWow, very detailed response, wasn't expecting that, but it's appreciated. It has improved by using ice and rest, but still feels weird. I will wait and see. I am printing your info. Thanks!!

2009-07-09Rick10101010YesI thank you for your response, as you have seen in my letter I have seen a variety of doctors, and therapist. I beleive that the therapist are attacking this situation the best they can under the doctors diagnosis, and recommendations on how to treat this problem. I understand that a winging scapula is a weakening of the muscles, and a strengthing program is recommended. With my situation I have been strenghtening for about eight months with things getting worse. Your recommendation of getting a doctor outside of this group may be my next step. Maybe because I am working with a work comp situation thats the problem. Thankyou for your information, and time.

2009-06-11Silvia Villalobos1091010YesThank You! I will set an appointment. It's a lot better to be safe than sorry. I hope it's nothing too bad. If it is a tension knot would massage or chiropractic be a more appropriate treatment? Could it possibly have anything to do with my lymph nodes?
