2009-08-20terry10101010Yesthank you catherine you have given me more encouragement and knowledge then that of the endo i went to see who choose to give me no encouragement at all. i think i will stick with my primary doctor who believes like you it can be prevented by taking all the right steps, thank god there are knowledgeable people out there like yourself that we can talk to and not just take one doctors word for things. thank you so much for all your HELP!!!!!!!!. i will continue to work hard and do what i have to to prevent full diabetes. thank you so much again,
2009-08-14rumi allen8101010Nothanks i just want to comment that blood sugar in the 90s puts a person in risk for heart problems - therefore the optimal FBS for non-diabetics is between 81-86 my main concern was to reduce my FBS to mid 80s without losing weight which i cannot afford i did not get anwer to that besides being referred to dietitian. cutting down on sugar is easy to say than done especially when one is unerweight
