You helped me to see the need to be persistent with my PCP (she is at the first clinic listed) to make sure I get the care I need no matter the cost. I think due to the bills I have already mounted, she had tried to keep me from getting more by treating me & not referring me to a costly gastro. None the less, I realize now that I am falling apart & must see a gastro. So I called & got an appt for 2 weeks with my PCP so she can refer me. I then started to have diarrhea & cramps & I began thinking I should move it up & called & got an appt. for a week away. Thanks for helping me see this is necessary. |
