All your suggestions are good, and I know I need to act on them...Lately, I have not been doing anything to help "just me" and I know that is part of the reason that I have been feeling such a decline in my health and mental and emotional state...I will do as you suggested...I don't have many friends here in Columbia, even tho' we have been here for 10 yrs., and we know a lot of people...Everyone nowadays seems to be so busy with their families that it is hard to get "one on one" with anyone...I miss my dear best friend in Myrtle Beach...We don't get to see each other very often, unfortunately. I am a systemic scleroderma patient (12 years) and have been active in support online for nearly the same amount of time. I proposed the Usenet newsgroup alt.support.scleroderma and own the website ihavescleroderma.com.
